The following uses are permitted in the B-3 District:
A. Stores and shops where goods are sold at retail or personal services
are rendered, provided that all activities are carried on within an
enclosed structure, and provided further that such uses are designed
primarily to serve the business and commercial needs of the immediate
neighborhoods.
B. Other uses as permitted in the B-2 Business District.
C. Temporary buildings for uses incidental to construction work, provided
such buildings are removed upon completion or abandonment of the construction
work.
The following accessory uses are permitted in the B-3 District:

E and subject to the requirements of this chapter and the schedule as pertaining thereto.
As specified in the schedule, §

The following uses are permitted as conditional uses, subject to the provisions of §§
370-78 through
370-88:
B. Motor vehicle service and gasoline stations.
On any tertiary corner within areas zoned B-3, there shall be
no more than two uses permitted.
