Borough of Downingtown, PA Article V Code Enforcement Fund

§ 32-20 Special fund designation.

The existing Code Enforcement Fund shall not be designated as a special fund.

§ 32-21 Termination of fund.

The Code Enforcement Fund shall terminate as a separate fund. The appropriate Borough personnel are authorized to take whatever actions that are necessary and appropriate to terminate the Code Enforcement Fund.

§ 32-22 Incorporation of fund.

Any principal, interest or remaining funds from the Code Enforcement Fund shall be incorporated into the General Fund. The appropriate Borough personnel are authorized to take whatever actions that are necessary and appropriate to incorporate any remaining principal, interest or funds from the Code Enforcement Fund into the General Fund.

§ 32-23 Repealer.

All ordinances or resolutions or parts of resolutions or ordinances conflicting or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
