The following regulations shall apply with regard to the use
of library property:
A. No person shall detain or fail to return any book or other object
borrowed from the Willingboro Public Library contrary to the rules
and regulations of the library after 30 days has elapsed from the
date of posting by certified mail, return receipt requested, of a
notice demanding return thereof, addressed to the person at the last
address furnished to the library.
B. No person shall willfully or maliciously cut, tear, deface, disfigure,
damage or destroy any book or other object, or any part thereof, which
is the property of the library, whether or not it is in the custody
of such person.
C. No person with intent to defraud shall register or furnish a false
name or address or use any card other than the one issued to the person
for the purpose of borrowing any book or other object from the library.
The obtaining of any book or other object by means of the registration
or furnishing of a false name or address or the use of a card other
than the one issued to the person shall be prima facie evidence of
intent to defraud.
