The Town shall require registration of voters pursuant to § 6.27, Wis. Stats.

The Town Clerk shall have control of elector registration within the Town and shall prepare, continue and revise the registry, and is required to proceed with the registration of voters, all in the manner provided by law.
No elector in the Town shall be permitted to vote unless registered in the manner provided by law, unless exempt from such requirement.
