No person shall use any form of tobacco at the Wiles Park Playground. This prohibition includes all Village-owned and -operated playgrounds. Any future Village-owned playgrounds are covered by this policy as well.

Appropriate signs shall be posted in and about the specified areas.

The community, especially facility users and staff, will be notified about this policy.
C.
Staff will make periodic observations of recreational facilities to monitor for compliance. Village officials and parents are asked to help in enforcing the compliance to the policy.
