The Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Norwood have
ordained that the burial or interment of deceased persons within the
limits of the Borough of Norwood shall be prohibited. Provided, that
a member of the clergy may be interred on the grounds immediately
adjacent to the church with which he was associated.
