The duly elected/appointed Tax Collector of Manheim Township, York County, Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized to charge a fee of $25 to provide certifications of taxes paid and/or due and payable to those taxpayers, financial institutions, mortgage companies and brokers, attorneys, title companies, settlement agents, real estate brokers and agents and all others who request such information. Such certification fee may be charged by the Tax Collector for providing said information, as well as related information such as assessed values, millage rates and property locations and descriptions as requested for a given parcel(s) in the Township. The amount of the fee described herein may be changed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.

The duly elected/appointed Tax Collector of Manheim Township is hereby authorized to charge a fee of $5 for the issuance of any duplicate tax bill.

The duly elected/appointed Tax Collector of Manheim Township is hereby authorized to charge a fee of $20 to any person(s), corporation, partnership, association or other entity which makes payment to the Tax Collector of any sum, whether for taxes, fees, charges, interest, penalties, obligations or other amounts owed, for which a check is returned for insufficient or unavailable funds. The amount of the fee described herein may be changed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.

The duly elected/appointed Tax Collector shall be authorized to prepare and send invoices for said tax certifications and check charges and to do all things necessary and appropriate to impose said fees, as established from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, and collect same when due.
