The fire protection tax will be set by the Board of Supervisors
by resolution for inclusion in the annual budget and will be by millage
per each $1,000 of assessed value.
This article shall become effective on the 17th day of February
2003 and shall continue in effect on a calendar-year basis without
annual reenactment.
