All mobile home parks shall meet the density, area and bulk, design, maintenance and operational standards set forth in Section 700 of the Delaware County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, 1978, as amended from time to time, which Section 700 is hereby incorporated herein by reference in its entirety, and shall comply with applicable building codes, and shall conform to any other applicable standards or requirements set forth in this chapter.
