No person, firm or corporation shall keep, harbor, maintain
or expose for sale or display any livestock, swine, fur-bearing animals,
chickens, geese and live fowl or poultry within a distance of 1,500
feet of any existing dwelling, except where chickens, geese, ducks
or rabbits are kept or maintained for the home use or consumption
of the same by the occupants of the premises whereon said chickens,
geese, ducks or rabbits are kept or maintained, and in such case the
number of live fowl or rabbits shall not exceed five per 100 square
feet of the premises so occupied.
Each day that a violation of this article is permitted to continue
after notice of such violation has been served upon the offender or
upon his, her or its agent shall constitute a separate and distinct
offense.
Every person, firm or corporation guilty of violating any provision
of this article shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $25 for
each offense.
