A code regulating premises on which swine are maintained; establishing
minimum standards governing the location and maintenance of such premises;

[Amended 4-21-1981 by Ord. No. H1-81]
A. No person shall maintain more than three swine, as defined in said
code, on premises within the boundaries of this municipality until

Licenses issued for the maintenance of swine on premises shall
expire annually on the last day of each year, and application for
renewal thereof shall be submitted, together with the required fee,
prior to January 1 of each year.
Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision
of this chapter or code established herein or notice issued pursuant
thereto shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty of
not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each violation.
