The location of basketball hoops (permanent or portable), nets,
supporting apparatus, structures or other similar obstructions is
hereby prohibited on any public highway, road, shoulder and/or right-of-way
within the Township of Kingsbury. Any person violating any of the
provisions of this article shall be guilty of an offense, punishable,
for the first offense, by a fine not to exceed $100; for a second
offense, by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $250 or by
imprisonment of not less than two days and not more than 15 days;
for the third offense or any subsequent offense within one year, by
a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $500 or by imprisonment
for not less than 30 days nor more than six months, or by both such
fine and imprisonment.
