Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 1226, approved 6-23-2020, repealed former Ch. 19 and enacted in lieu thereof a new Ch. 19 as herein set out. Former Ch. 19, Ord. No. 429, approved 8-16-1982, as amended, also pertained to sewers and drains.
