The Borough of Mount Union hereby signifies its intention to
organize a Municipal Authority under the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L.
382, as amended.[1]

The President and the Secretary of the Borough Council are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Borough of Mount
Union Articles of Incorporation for said Authority in substantially
the following form:

In compliance with the requirements of the Act of May 2, 1945,
P.L. 382, as amended,[1] the Council of the Borough of Mount Union, a municipal
corporation of the County of Huntingdon, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
desiring to organize a Municipal Authority thereunder, does hereby
certify:

The name of the Authority is the "Mount Union Municipal Authority."

Said Authority is to be formed under the Act of May 2, 1945,
P.L. 382, as amended.

No other authority organized under the said Act of May 2, 1945,
P.L. 382, as amended and supplemented, or by any previous Act of Assembly
authorizing and regulating municipal authorities is in existence in
and for the incorporating municipality.

The name of the incorporating municipality is the Borough of
Mount Union, and the names and addresses of its municipal authorities
are as follows:

The names and addresses and terms of office of the first members
of the Board of said Authority are as follows:
