Every person convicted of a violation of § 324-5 shall be subject to the penalties as provided in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
Every person convicted of a violation of §§ 324-10 and 324-11 shall be subject to the penalties as provided in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
Every person convicted of a violation of § 324-14 shall be subject to the penalties as provided in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.

A. 
Any person found to be in violation of §§ 324-18 through 324-19 shall be subject to a penalty of $25 for each violation thereof.
B. 
In addition to any other penalties specified in this chapter, the following parking violations will carry the fines as established below:

C. 
Fines doubled. The fines set forth in Subsections A and B shall be doubled if not paid within 60 days of the date of citation.
D. 
Late payment fee. A vehicle owner shall have 15 days from the date of a citation within which to remit payment in full to the Village of Baldwinsville. If such payment is not received by the Village within 15 days, a late payment surcharge of $10 shall be levied.
A. 
Except those parts, if any, which are subject to approval under § 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York and § 46 of the Highway Law of the State of New York, this chapter and any regulations adopted hereunder shall take effect as provided by law.
B. 
Any part or parts of this chapter and any regulations adopted hereunder which are subject to approval under § 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and § 46 of the Highway Law of the State of New York shall take effect from and after the day on which approval in writing is received from the New York State Department of Transportation.

A. 
Every person convicted of a violation of § 324-12 shall be subject to the same penalties as if he or she had been convicted of a violation of § 1101 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
B. 
Every person convicted of a violation of § 324-13 shall be subject to the same penalties as if he or she had been convicted of a violation of § 1102 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
