§ 3-1 Authorization to issue appearance tickets.

In conformity with the New York Criminal Procedure Law, the Code Enforcement Officer for the Village of Baldwinsville is hereby authorized to issue appearance tickets and enforce any violation of the following chapters of the Village Code:

A. Chapter 138, Uniform Construction Codes.

B. Chapter 152, Electrical Standards.

C. Chapter 268, Signs.

D. Chapter 303, Swimming Pools.

E. Chapter 345, Zoning.

F. Chapter 248, Property Maintenance.
