The following words when used in this Part 4 shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Any self-propelled motorized vehicle licensed to travel upon the street, roads and highways of the Borough of Doylestown and capable of receiving and storing electricity via a plug-in, including hybrid electric vehicles.

Any level of electric vehicle supply equipment station that delivers electricity from a source outside an electric vehicle into a plug-electric vehicle.

A parking space with an EV Charging Station, designated as an EV Charging Station Parking Space, and situated so as to allow an electric vehicle to access an EV Charging Station.

Portion of a metered parking zone specified and marked off sufficiently to accommodate a parked vehicle.
Standing of a vehicle on or in any of the off-street facilities provided therefor, and whether such vehicle is occupied or not, by an operator or otherwise, for a period in excess of one minute.
Device which shall indicate thereon the length of time during which a vehicle may park in a particular individual parking space and which may have a receptacle for receiving and storing coins representing currency of the United States of America, and may also have a credit card or debit card reader, and a timing device to indicate the passage of an interval of time during which parking is permissible. Said device shall also display an appropriate signal when the aforesaid interval of time shall have elapsed, brief instructions as to the operation of said parking meter, and the schedule of parking meter rates and times of operation.
