The power heretofore exercised by the Board of Health of the
Borough of Doylestown shall henceforth be exercised by the Bucks County
Department of Health to the extent authorized by law.

The office of Health Officer and the offices of the members
of the Board of Health of the Borough of Doylestown are hereby abolished,
effective immediately.

It shall be unlawful for any undertaker or any other person,
association, firm or corporation to bury or inter any deceased person
at any place within the Borough of Doylestown except in ground used
or held as a cemetery or burying ground at the date of enactment of
this Part 1.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part 1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $300; and/or to imprisonment for a term not
to exceed 90 days.
