The use of town facilities by organizations shall be limited
to civicoriented or nonprofit organizations which are located or operating
within the town and by governmental agencies, upon application. Said
use shall be upon Town Board approval, if not within business hours.
Said applications shall be granted only if the holding of said
meeting and/or function shall not interfere with the primary function
for which said facilities are constructed.
The Town Board may by resolution make additional rules and regulations
governing the use of said town facilities, including prescribing insurance
coverage, security deposits and commitments of responsibility for
cleaning said facilities after use.
