The City Council of the City of Nanticoke does hereby adopt
this article approving the intergovernmental cooperation agreement
in substantially the form attached hereto with the Borough of Warrior
Run.
The execution of the attached agreement by the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Nanticoke is hereby approved.
This article shall become effective upon enactment as provided
by law, and the agreement shall become effective in accordance with
the terms for commencement which are provided for therein.
