A.
The Wastewater Control Regulations of the City of Philadelphia, as set forth in Sections 501.0 through 501.19 of Exhibit "A" hereto (hereinafter referred to as the "Philadelphia Regulations),[1] are hereby adopted by reference as an ordinance of the Township of Abington, and the provisions thereof shall be applicable to all industrial users, as that term is defined in the Philadelphia Regulations, located within the Township of Abington.

B.
All references to the City of Philadelphia or to the City in the Philadelphia Regulations shall be read and understood to mean the City of Philadelphia and the Township of Abington.
C.
The Township of Abington shall be and hereby is empowered to take those enforcement actions set forth in the Philadelphia Regulations against industrial users located within the Township of Abington.
D.
Township of Abington Ordinance No. 1755 is hereby revoked in its entirety.
