of the 1993 Code)]
The Township Committee of the Township of Buena Vista hereby
creates the position of Assistant Municipal Administrator. The primary
function of the Assistant Municipal Administrator shall be to assist
in the administration of the Township under the direction of the Municipal
Administrator.
During the absence or disability of the Municipal Administrator,
the Assistant Municipal Administrator shall have all the powers of
the Municipal Administrator and shall perform the functions and duties
of the Municipal Administrator.
The Assistant Municipal Administrator shall be appointed by
the Township Committee of the Township of Buena Vista. The Assistant
Municipal Administrator may be removed by the Township Committee for
cause.
The Assistant Municipal Administrator shall receive the compensation
as may from time to time be directed by the Township Committee by
ordinance.
