The position of Public Works Supervisor is hereby created.

The salary range for said position shall be as provided in the Salary Ordinance.[1]

The duties and responsibilities of the Public Works Supervisor shall be those assigned by the Public Works Manager in consultation with the Township Administrator.

The Public Works Supervisor for the Township shall be required to hold and maintain a Class A license throughout the entirety of the time employed in said position.

The Public Works Supervisor for the Township shall be permitted the same clothing allowance in accordance with the negotiated collectively bargained agreement in place between the Township and the Department of Public Works' Union at that time.

A. 
The Public Works Supervisor for the Township shall be permitted to take his/her assigned Township work vehicle home at the conclusion of each work day.
B. 
The Public Works Supervisor shall not be permitted to use said assigned Township work vehicle for personal use, but shall only be permitted to utilize same in specific furtherance of his/her duties as Township Public Works Supervisor.
C. 
The Public Works Supervisor shall annually provide the Township Administrator, in writing, his/her home address where the assigned Township work vehicle will be taken to for that calendar year. Should the home address change throughout any given year, the Public Works Supervisor shall provide the Township Administrator with the new home address within 30 calendar days of changing said home address.
