As provided in § 5.15, Wis. Stats., the Village shall
be divided into nine wards, the boundaries of which are as follows:
A. Ward No. 1: population 604; census blocks 2032, 2033, 3036 to 3040
and 3042 in census tract 460101.
B. Ward No. 2: population 2,008.
(1) Census blocks 3005 to 3011, 3017 to 3035, 3041 and 3043 to 3054 in
census tract 460101.
(2) Census blocks 4020 and 4021 in census tract 460102.
C. Ward No. 3: population 977; census blocks 2001, 2003 to 2031 and
2034 to 2035 in census tract 460101.
D. Ward No. 4: population 1,302; census blocks 1024 to 1034, 1041 to
1050, 1062, 2000, 2002, 3000 to 3004 and 3012 to 3016 in census tract
460101.
E. Ward No. 5: population 1,563.
(1) Census blocks 1021 to 1023, 1035 to 1037, 1039, 1040, 1051 to 1054
and 1057 to 1061 in census tract 460101.
(2) Census blocks 1008 to 1025 in census tract 460102.
F. Ward No. 6: population 1,673.
(1) Census blocks 1047, 1061, 1071 and 1072 in census tract 450104.
(2) Census blocks 1000 to 1020, 1038, 1055, 1056 and 1063 to 1078 in
census tract 460101.
(3) Census blocks 1000 to 1007 and 1026 to 1035 in census tract 460102.
G. Ward No. 7: population 1,072; census blocks 2000 to 2030 and 3004
to 3007 in census tract 460102.
H. Ward No. 8: population 1,371; census blocks 3000 to 3003, 3008 to
3024, 4006 to 4015 and 4019 in census tract 460102.
I. Ward No. 9: population 730; census blocks 4000 to 4005 and 4016 to
4018 in census tract 460102.
All primary, general, special, and other elections in and for
each of the wards of the Village shall be held at Northbrook Church,
4014 STH 167, Richfield, WI.
The polls for all elections in the Village, unless otherwise
provided by law, shall be opened at 7:00 a.m. and closed at 8:00 p.m.
each election day.
As provided in § 8.05(4), Wis. Stats., the nomination
of elective Village officers shall be by nonpartisan primary election
conducted in accordance with law.
