This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Borough of Munhall Subdivision Regulations."
This chapter is adopted for the following purposes:
A. 
To assure harmonious and orderly development and thereby promote the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the Borough of Munhall.
B. 
To ensure integration of subdivision plans with the various elements of the Munhall Comprehensive Plan.[1]

To secure equitable treatment of all subdivision plans by providing for uniform procedures and standards for the observance of all subdividers, Planning Commission and the Borough.[2]
