Alcoholic beverages — See Ch. 112.
From the effective date of this chapter it shall be unlawful and all persons are prohibited from the use of tobacco or tobacco products in the public facilities described in Exhibit A as attached hereto and made a part of this chapter.[1] This prohibition shall include, but is not limited to, smoking any product or the use of smokeless tobacco, in the proscribed areas.

The areas proscribed in Exhibit A shall include all public property which comprises the facilities and adjacent public land or rights-of-way. Public notices are directed to be erected in conspicuous places in each proscribed facility which shall describe the prohibitions and fines of this chapter. The proscribed areas may be changed from time to time by Council at its discretion by simple resolution. However, the enforcement shall not commence until signs are duly posted as set forth here.
Each violation of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Borough of Munhall, plus costs of prosecution. Each incident shall be deemed to be a separate violation of this chapter.
