Article VI Fees and Expenses

§ 109-34 General fees.

Straban Township shall, by resolution, establish a fee schedule to be paid by applicants to defray costs incurred by the Township associated with the administration and enforcement of this chapter.

The applicant shall be responsible for the payment of all fees, costs, and other expenses incurred by the Township in the submission, review, and decision on SWM site plans and/or other submissions pursuant to this chapter. Such fees, costs and expenses shall not exceed that charged to the Township by its professionals and advisors (such as the Engineer and Solicitor).

§ 109-35 Expenses covered by fees.

The fee(s) may include, but are not limited to, costs for the following:

Administrative, clerical, and legal costs.

Review of the SWM site plan and reports by the Township and its representatives and advisors.

Attendance at meetings by Straban Township and its representatives and advisors, as may be necessary.

Various inspections (such as during construction and after construction) by Straban Township or its representatives.

Any additional work required to enforce any provision regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and ensure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
