A. 
Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code,[1] there is hereby created in the Township of North Versailles a Planning Commission consisting of five members whose terms shall be for a period of four years each, excepting that the members first appointed shall be appointed:
(1) 
One member for a one-year term;
(2) 
One member for a two-year term;
(3) 
One member for a three-year term;
(4) 
Two members, each for a four-year term.
