This section applies to drive-throughs, which are defined herein as an accessory use to a principal use such as a bank or fast-food restaurant, designed to enable customers operating motor vehicles to transact business with persons inside of the principal building.
A. 
A drive-through must have a sign displayed at each location where business is transacted by the customer with the person inside of the principal building stating that the use of the drive-though is limited to customers in motor vehicles and that bicycle or pedestrian traffic is not permitted.
B. 
Failure to display the sign required in § 95-34A, and/or the transacting of business in contravention of this section by the business using the principal location is a violation of this section.
C. 
Any attempt to transact business by an individual not occupying a motor vehicle is a violation of this section.
Any violation of any section of this article shall result in a fine in accordance with § 1-16 of the Village Code.
