A.
Definitions.
In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.
- FORECLOSED PROPERTY REGISTRY
- The foreclosed property registry established by the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation under the Maryland Annotated Code, Real Property Article, § 14-126.1.

- Maryland Annotated Code, Real Property Article, § 14-126.1.
B.
Authority.
The Town is authorized by the Registry Law to enact a local law that
imposes a civil penalty for failure to register as required by the
Registry Law.
C.
Failure
to register. Failure to register a property located in the Town under
the Registry Law is a municipal infraction punishable by a fine of
$750.
