The requirements of Article X of this chapter apply to all outdoor lighting installations employed for nighttime illumination of trees, shrubs, vegetation and the like.
All non-cutoff luminaires such as floodlights shall be equipped
with glare shields, visors, barn doors and other similar shielding
accessories as required to meet the following criteria:
A.
The candlepower distribution from all lighting installations shall
be cut off at all angles beyond those required to restrict direct
illumination to within the perimeter of the landscape feature being
illuminated.
