Town of Lowville, NY Article IV Assessment of Farmland for Fire District Tax

§ 205-9 Agricultural assessment authorized.

The governing body of the Town of Lowville resolves to enforce the local option clause and allow the use of agricultural assessments in the levy of taxes.
