Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Art. VIII,
Code Enforcement Officer as Floodplain Administrator, adopted 2-16-2012 by Res. No. 3-2012.
The Lewis County Department of Building and Fire Codes is hereby appointed and designated to administer, enforce and oversee the Town of Lowville's floodplain regulations as set forth in Chapter 124 of the Town of Lowville Code, which shall include the application process for permits and insuring compliance with such regulations and permits granted thereunder.
