Section 7-13e of the General Statutes of Connecticut, Revision
of 1958, providing for the establishment of a municipal development
and industrial commission, is hereby accepted.[1]

There shall be 10 members of such Commission.
The members of such Commission shall be appointed by the First
Selectman of Windsor Locks.
The term of the members of such Commission shall be as follows:
two members shall serve for one year; two members shall serve for
two years; two members shall serve for three years; two members shall
serve for four years, and two members shall serve for five years.
