As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
A motor vehicle having a gross weight of 10,000 pounds or
more, and designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation
of property and persons, and includes tractors capable of drawing
one or more trailers.
No truck, as defined above, shall be allowed to park on any
public road in the Town of Windsor Locks between the hours of 11:00
p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
The provisions of this article shall not apply to trucks owned
and operated by the Town of Windsor Locks or any Town of Windsor Locks
contractor.
Any violation of this article shall subject the violator to
a fine of not more than $99.
