A. 
The Lower Broadway Corridor Redevelopment Zone, as described and defined herein, which includes all of the properties listed in Appendix B, attached hereto and incorporated herein,[1] shall be subject to the provisions of the Oceanfront-Broadway Redevelopment Plan, 2025 Update to the Oceanfront-Broadway Redevelopment Plan, Design Guidelines Book 1, and Design Guidelines Handbook 8. Where there may be any conflicts between the 2025 Update and either General Design Guidelines (Book 1) or the Oceanfront-Broadway Addendum (Book 8), the provisions of the 2025 Update shall prevail.
B. 
The Lower Broadway Corridor Redevelopment Zone shall be subject to the applicable provisions of Chapter 345, Zoning, implementing the Oceanfront-Broadway Redevelopment Plan, 2025 Update to the Oceanfront-Broadway Redevelopment Plan, and Design Guidelines, including but not limited to Chapter 269, except for Section 8 (Acquisition Plan), Section 9 (Relocation Plan), and Section 11 (Developer Selection).
A. 
The City shall not be authorized under N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-8 to exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire any private property in the Lower Broadway Corridor Redevelopment Zone.
B. 
The City shall not be authorized under N.J.S.A. 40A:20-1 et seq. to grant long-term tax exemptions in the Lower Broadway Corridor Redevelopment Zone.
