It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any squibs, firecrackers,
cannon crackers, rockets, fireballs, or any explosive made for the
sole purpose of being exploded within the corporate limits of the
Town.
No person shall fire, throw or set off any squibs, firecrackers,
rockets, fireballs, or any other explosives or inflammable substances
within the corporate limits of the Town.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon
conviction before the proper officials, be subject to a fine of not
to exceed $100 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days,
or both such fine and imprisonment.
