(a) 
It shall be the duty of the owner, agent, tenant, occupant of property or the person in charge of property within the Township to remove or cause to be removed from all the sidewalks in front of or alongside of such property, all snow or ice which has fallen thereon so as to provide a clear pathway not less than 30 inches in width. Such pathway shall be cleared not later than 36 hours after snow has ceased to fall.
(b) 
It shall be the duty of the owner, agent or person in charge of all motels, garden apartments, high-rise apartments, multifamily dwellings, hotels and commercial properties within the Township, not later than 36 hours after snow has ceased to fall, to clear or cause to be cleared a pathway not less than 30 inches in width over all footwalks, rights-of-way, or sidewalks serving such properties.
(c) 
It shall be the duty of the owner, agent, tenant, occupant of property or the person in charge of property fronting upon or alongside of any of the streets in the Township, not later than 72 hours after notice, to clear or cause to be cleared, the entire width of the sidewalk in front of or alongside of such property all water, mud, dirt, debris and dangerous articles, such as would interfere with the safety and passage of pedestrian traffic.
(d) 
When there has been an accumulation of two or more inches of snow, the owner of every motel, hotel, garden apartment, high-rise apartment, multifamily dwelling or commercial property, is hereby required to remove or cause to be removed from the off-street parking facilities, all snow on the off-street parking facilities down to a maximum depth of one inch so as to provide the minimum number of cleared automobile parking spaces required for such premises by the Township Zoning Ordinance and to permit direct and immediate access to all parts of the premises by emergency and utility vehicular traffic. Such snow shall be removed within 12 hours after it has ceased to fall; provided, however, that snow that has ceased to fall after 6:00 p.m. of any evening may be removed at any time by 12:00 noon of the next morning.
(e) 
It shall be unlawful for any owner, agent, tenant, occupant of property, person in charge of property including motels, garden apartments, high-rise apartments, multifamily dwellings, hotels and commercial properties, within the Township to throw, shovel, push or plow snow into, across, or upon any roads, streets, sidewalks or Township rights-of-way within the Township.

(a) 
In any case where the owner, agent, tenant, occupant of property or person in charge of property as described in Section 20-1(a) through (d), shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of such section within the time limit prescribed therein, the Township authorities may proceed immediately to cause such cleaning, clearing or removing of snow, ice, water, mud, dirt, debris or dangerous articles from the street, sidewalk or premises of such delinquents, and to collect the expenses thereof, with any additional amount allowed by law, from such owner, agent, tenant, occupant of property or person in charge of property, as the case may be, which may be in addition to any fine or penalty imposed under other provisions of this Code.
(b) 
In any case where the owner, agent, tenant, occupant of property or person in charge of property, including motels, garden apartments, high-rise apartments, multifamily dwellings, hotels and commercial properties, as described in Section 20-1(e), violates this section, said owner, agent, tenant, occupant of property or person in charge of property shall be liable to pay a fine of not more than $300 and not less than $150 for each and every offense. A person who receives a notice of violation of Section 20-1(e), may within 10 days of receipt of such notice, pay a reduced fine of $75.

(a) 
Services. The Township shall provide trash, recycling, leaf and/or scrap metal collections, and/or snow plowing and salting (services) to the extent such services are presently supplied on the following private streets as set forth in the Township records as of July 2, 2002: Light Street, Meeting House Lane, Brooke Lane, Locust Lane, Walnut Lane, Oakwood Drive, Thomas Road, Riverview Boulevard, Oakland Boulevard, Riverview Road, Diamond Avenue Alley, Plymouth Road Cottages, Jefferson Street Alley, JFK Park and Zoar Street.
(b) 
No maintenance, repair or replacement. The Township shall have no responsibility for the maintenance, repair or replacement of any private street listed in Subsection (a), above, or any other private street located within the Township.
(c) 
Release. Every property owner accepting the services referred to in Subsection (a), above, shall be deemed to have released and discharged the Township, its elected and appointed officials, employees and agents, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, of and from any and all past, present, and future actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of services, expenses, compensation, third party actions, suits at law or in equity, liens, including claims or suits for personal injuries and property damages, contribution and/or indemnity of whatever nature, arising out of or in any way connected to the services, which against the Township, its elected and appointed officials, employees and agents, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, such property owners, individually and jointly, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, ever had, now have or which any of them in the future may have by reason of services.
(d) 
Indemnification. Every property owner accepting the services referred to in Subsection (a), above, shall be deemed to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Township and its elected and appointed officials, employees and agents, and other representatives, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, from any and all past, present, and future actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of services, expenses, compensation, third party actions, suits at law or in equity, liens, including claims or suits for personal injuries and property damages, contribution and/or indemnity of whatever nature, arising out of the services, including court costs and attorney fees.
(e) 
Limitation on services. No other private street within the Township shall receive the services.
