A.
No person(s) shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break,
damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance
or equipment which is a part of the Wastewater Management System of
the District. Any person(s) violating this provision shall be subject
to all civil or criminal penalties as provided by Massachusetts General
Laws or any other law, code provision, rule, regulation or bylaw that
may be applicable.
B.
Only authorized persons shall enter or remain in or upon any land
or structure which is a part or used by the Wastewater Management
System. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate
arrest under a charge of trespass.
