It is hereby determined that the required five-day notice required
for public hearings has become impractical due to the once-a-week
(Thursday) publication of our designated newspaper; therefore, the
Village of Castleton-on-Hudson, pursuant to § 20, Subdivision
5, of the Municipal Home Rule Law, is reducing from five days to three
days the length of time required for notice of a public hearing.
