No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break,
damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance,
or equipment that is a part of the sewage facilities. Any persons
violating this provision shall be subject to prosecution and any other
legal remedy available to the Village.
Any person who intentionally, negligently, or accidentally violates
any provisions of this chapter shall become liable to Village of Blue
Mounds for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned by a reason of
such violation that the Village may suffer as a result thereof. This
section shall be applicable whether or not a written notice of the
violation was given as provided elsewhere herein and without consideration
for any penalties that may be imposed for a violation of this chapter
or other federal or state law.
