A certain three documents, being marked and designated as the BOCA Basic Plumbing Code, Fourth Edition, 1978, BOCA Basic Mechanical Code, Third Edition, 1978 and the CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code, Second Edition, 1975, including the 1976 supplement, under the nationally recognized model codes, be and the same are hereby adopted as the Building Codes of the Borough of Sellersville, Pennsylvania, in accordance with and pursuant to the Borough Code of 1966, P.L. 581, dated February 1, 1966, as amended,[1] with the changes noted herein. Conditions and terms of the above-stated documents are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this article, with the changes noted below.
