Article I Schedule of Municipal Maintenance Fees

§ 89-1 Schedule of fees.

The schedule of fees is as follows:

Type		Fee
Municipal laborer		$40 per hour
Equipment charge, per unit used
	Push mower	$10 per hour or part of hour
	Trimmer	$10 per hour or part of hour
	Blower	$10 per hour or part of hour
	Pickup truck on site	$20 per hour or part of hour
	Hauling	$20 per hour or part of hour
	Dump truck	$30 per hour or part of hour
	Backhoe	$50 per hour or part of hour
	Loader	$50 per hour or part of hour
	Skid loader	$35 per hour or part of hour
Waste removal
	Grass, weeds, vegetation	$5 per 30-gallon container or equivalent
	Municipal waste	$5 per 30-gallon bag; $70 per ton
Collection costs
	Municipal administrative fees	$40 per hour
	Attorneys' fees	$150 per hour
	Title search fees	As per cost to the Municipality
	Filing fees, advertising, postage	As per cost to the Municipality
	Extraordinary expenses	As per cost to the Municipality

§ 89-2 Amendment.

The foregoing fee schedule may be amended from time to time by resolution.

§ 89-3 Imposition and collection.

The imposition and collection of the foregoing fees shall be pursuant to Kingston Municipal Code Chapter 107 and the Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law of 1923, 53 P.S. § 7101 et seq., or such law as may amend and/or replace such law.

§ 89-4 Liens.

When a parcel of real estate is subject to a lien filed by the Municipality of Kingston, satisfaction of said lien will be in accordance with the aforementioned Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law of 1923.
