The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of six members to be elected in accordance with C.G.S. §§ 8-1 to 8-2, as amended. All will serve without compensation.
The six members shall be elected at the biennial elections in accordance with Title 9 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended. Vacancies, occurring for any reason, will be filled by a majority vote of the remaining members until the next biennial election at which time a candidate to fill the unexpired term will be elected from the nominees made by each party.
