Borough of Sellersville, PA Chapter 20 Law Enforcement Services

§ 20-1 Agreement for law enforcement services.

The Joint Municipal Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with Perkasie Borough is hereby incorporated by reference, which is available for inspection at the Sellersville Borough Office.

§ 20-2 Duration of agreement.

The duration of the term of said agreement shall be from January 1, 2003, to December 31, 2006, and may be extended as provided for within the agreement.[1]

§ 20-3 Funds.

The funds necessary for payment of law enforcement services with Perkasie Borough shall come from the general fund revenues of the Borough of Sellersville.
