Any person, corporation or individual who shall desire to hold any theatrical performance, circus, menagerie, show, exhibitions of any kind whatsoever, or any special public event in the Borough of Strasburg shall first obtain from the Mayor or Borough Council a permit at least 30 days prior to the special public event.

The charge for such a license shall be as established by resolution of Borough Council.

Failure to obtain such license in accordance with the terms of this Part 1 shall result in the halting of the performance by the Borough Police Officers or person acting under their order and direction.

Any person, corporation, organization or individual who shall sponsor or hold an event as described in § 101 shall be responsible for:
1. 
Any costs incurred by the Borough of Strasburg, including extra police protection.
2. 
To make all arrangements for medical provisions, first aid, ambulances, fire company, etc.
3. 
To provide all insurances recover liability.
4. 
To provide persons to park vehicles.
5. 
To provide comfort stations for the public.
6. 
To provide all information the Borough shall request.
