The location of all mobile home and travel trailer parks shall
comply with the following minimum requirements:
A. Such site shall not be subject to flooding from adjacent bodies of
water or waterways.
B. Such site shall not be subject to any source of pollution, such as
drainage from barnyards and garbage disposal areas.
C. Such site shall not be subject to any adverse influence from adjoining
streets and areas.
Every transportable dwelling or portable structure occupied
or intended for occupancy as living or sleeping quarters in any mobile
home or travel trailer park for a period exceeding 60 days shall conform
to all requirements relating to mobile homes in this chapter.
Artificial lighting shall be provided to illuminate walks, driveways
and parking spaces for the safe movement of pedestrians and vehicles
at night.
All parks shall be maintained in conformity with the requirements
of this section so as to assure preservation of their residential
character.
A. All buildings, structures and community service facilities in every
park shall be maintained so as to be free of conditions detrimental
to safety or health.
B. Exterior surfaces of buildings and structures not inherently resistant
to deterioration from the natural elements shall be periodically treated
by appropriate means and materials suitable for the preservation of
such surfaces.
C. Floors, walls, ceilings, furnishings and fixtures of service buildings
and other community structures shall be maintained in a clean and
sanitary condition.
