1. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children or other individuals, any unattended, abandoned, or discarded refrigerator, ice box or ice chest or similar container of like kind with an air tight door from which the lock or catching device has not been removed.
2. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to leave outside any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any unattended, discarded or abandoned refrigerator, ice box or ice chest or similar container of any kind which has an air tight door with snap lock or other like device without first removing the said snap lock or like device from the door of the said container.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600; and costs, or in default of payment thereof, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute a separate offense.
