Fees to operate, conduct or maintain an amusement arcade shall be as set forth within Chapter 89, "Amusement Arcades."

The following schedule of fees is hereby established with respect
to permits and activities required or regulated under various chapters
of the Code of the Village of Lancaster:
A.
Residential construction.
(1)
Single-family residence: $100.
(2)
Two-family residence: $200.
(3)
Multiple dwelling (three or more dwelling units): $100 per dwelling
unit.
(4)
Additions, alterations, renovations or accessory structures.
(a)
Additions, alterations or renovations to existing dwellings:
$0.25 per square foot.
(b)
Garage, porch, deck: $0.15 per square foot.
(c)
Fences: $25 plus $0.10 per linear foot.
(d)
Antennas, radio towers: $25 plus $0.10 per linear foot.
(e)
Sheds: $25.
(f)
Television dish: $25.
(g)
Fireplaces and wood stoves: $25.
(h)
Pools: $10 plus $6 per $1,000 of value or part thereof.

Miscellaneous.

Moving of buildings.
(1)
From one location to another within the Village of Lancaster, having
to cross a public thoroughfare: $300, plus provide a survey bond in
the amount to be determined by the Village of Lancaster.
(2)
From one location to another on the same property, not having to
cross a public thoroughfare: $100.

Certificates of occupancy.
E.
Site plan review. Where a building permit application, other than
a building permit application relating to a premises used primarily
as a single- or two-family dwelling, shall be subject to a site plan
review, the building permit applicant shall tender in advance to the
Clerk of the Village of Lancaster $150 in consideration of the cost
to be incurred by the Village in administrating such site plan review.
There shall be no fee for a site plan review where a building permit
application subject to a site plan review relates to a premises used
primarily as a single- or two-family dwelling.

The following schedule of fees is hereby established with respect
to permits and activities required or regulated under various chapters
of the Code of the Village of Lancaster:

There shall be no fee for a sale held pursuant to Chapter 167, Garage Sales.
The fees to be charged for junk dealer licenses granted pursuant to Chapter 200, Junk Dealers, shall be as follows:
A.
For collecting, buying or selling in and upon or from the streets
with horse and wagon or automobile truck, the sum of $10 a year.
B.
Wholesale and retail junk dealers, $10 a year.
C.
Secondhand merchants or dealers in secondhand articles, except household
goods and furniture, $10 a year.
D.
For otherwise collecting, keeping or storing any secondhand clothing,
secondhand furniture or other articles not hereinafter specified,
$10 a year.

The nonrefundable application fee for licenses issued pursuant to Chapter 234, Peddling and Soliciting, shall be $150.
B.
Street openings.
(1)
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 139, Excavations, there shall be assessed as a charge to any individual who desires to open a portion of a public street in the Village of Lancaster the sum of:

In addition, if said cut or opening shall exceed three feet in width,
an additional fee of $1 per square foot shall be paid.
(3)
A "street" shall be defined as the area between highway boundaries,
whether paved or not.

Appeals to the Zoning Board of Appeals. With respect to an application
for a variance, variances or rezoning relating to a property zoned
as residential, there shall be assessed a charge of $175 for each
appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals. With respect to an application
for a variance or variances or rezoning relating to a property zoned
other than residential, for each appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals,
there shall be assessed a charge of $175 for each distinct Village
Code regulation from which a variance or rezone is requested.
A.
All other permits not heretofore covered shall be assessed at a rate
equal to the greater of $5 or such other rate which may be presently
set forth in the Village ordinances, local laws or Code of the Village
of Lancaster.
B.
Sign permits. There shall be a charge of $15 for each sign permit
issued by the Village of Lancaster. A bond or insurance certificate
in the minimum amount of $25,000, approved by the Village Attorney
as to form and sufficiency of sureties and/or insurance companies
involved, shall be given and accompany the application, indemnifying
the Village against all loss, damage or expense which could conceivably
be incurred as a result of the erection, maintenance and/or use of
such sign.

C.
Dumpster permits. There shall be a charge of $25 for each dumpster
permit issued by the Village of Lancaster.

Tax search certificate. There shall be a charge of $50 for each tax
search certificate.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following schedule shall
establish values for work or construction.
