The provisions of this article shall apply to municipal parking lots only.

A. 
Where parking is not marked or indicated, all motor vehicles shall be parked with respect to any indicated line of parking as is designated by any sign therein.
B. 
Each vehicle shall be parked so that there shall be a space of at least two feet and not more than three feet from any other vehicle already parked.
C. 
No unauthorized motor vehicle shall be parked in any space designated by a sign as a no-parking area or as a Village-employee-only parking space.
D. 
Except in the area or areas designated for overnight parking indicated by signs or other marks, no vehicle shall be parked in a municipal parking lot for more than 24 consecutive hours.

No repair work on any motor vehicle, except emergency repairs, shall be done or performed in any municipal parking lot.

During the period beginning November 15 and ending March 15, no vehicle shall remain parked between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., except in the area or areas designated for overnight parking indicated by signs or other marks.
